Drawing on 25 years helping people navigate change and personal experience with separation and the Ontario family court system, Josie brings a practical and supportive approach to her work. She helps clients make sense of what feels overwhelming, focus on what they can control, consider options and identify clear next steps.

Through one-to-one coaching, Josie works with clients on the issues that come with separation, including communication, boundaries, parenting arrangements, preparing for professional meetings and finding practical ways to reduce conflict.

Her approach is child-focused and grounded in the realities of separation. Clients remain in control of their decisions while practical guidance tailored to their current issues.
